Dr. Joseph F. Thomas, DO, MBA
Dr. Joseph F. Thomas, DO, MBA is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing personalized, patient-focused care. He began his career at UPMC Good Hope Primary Care in 2020 and now leads an independent practice in Hummelstown, PA.
Dr. Thomas holds multiple degrees in Kinesiology, Biology, and Clinical Psychology, along with an MBA from St. Joseph’s University. He also earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His diverse background allows him to approach health and wellness from a truly holistic perspective.
In addition to leading his practice, Dr. Thomas serves as a board member of the PA Medical Society Clinically Integrated Network. He is passionate about restoring trust-based, personalized healthcare in today’s often fragmented medical system.
Dr. Thomas took a special interest in The Other 23 after recognizing the growing need for services that support wellness, fitness, and longevity beyond the traditional medical visit. Jessica Pellegrino RN, BSN
Affectionately known by patients and staff as “Jess Pel.”, she began her medical career in 2000 in the Intensive Care Unit. For 14 years, she provided critical, high-level care to patients with complex medical needs.
In 2014, Jess transitioned into the field of aesthetics by joining Blair Plastic Surgery. There, she became a trusted provider in the Skincare and Laser Clinic, building strong relationships with patients seeking advanced treatments for wellness and confidence.
Over the years, Jess mastered her skills as a nurse injector, specializing in injectable treatments such as dermal fillers and neuromodulators. These non-surgical solutions help address the visible signs of aging, offering patients natural and rejuvenated results. She also has extensive expertise with Jeuveau, the modern alternative to Botox, helping clients smooth fine lines and restore a refreshed appearance.

Matthew Brosius
Matthew Brosius the Founder and Owner of Other 23, a wellness center dedicated to enhancing recovery and overall well-being. With over 18 years in the military and a background as a bodybuilding competitor, Matthew identified a critical gap in recovery solutions within Central Pennsylvania. Through extensive experimentation with hot and cold therapies during his deployment and amidst frequent injuries, he developed a vision to create a specialized facility focused on the recovery aspect of life. Matthew’s philosophy, “It’s not the one hour workout that separates you, but how you recover with the Other 23 hours,” underscores his commitment to optimizing recovery and performance beyond traditional workout routines.
Grant Climie
Grant Climie the Co-founder and Operator is dedicated to supporting the well-being of others. As a Certified Personal Trainer, he has a proven track record of assisting individuals in achieving and surpassing their fitness and health objectives. With more than 10 years of experience in the sports and fitness industry and over 7 years of service in the Army, he recognized a significant need for recovery and wellness resources within the community. Grant is committed to addressing a variety of concerns, including pain management, recovery, beauty, and overall wellness.
Vivian Mensch
Vivian Mensch our Client Advisor/Bookkeeper. Vivian brings a unique blend of expertise in both health sciences and business, making her a valuable addition to our organization and staff.
She holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, where she developed a strong foundation in human movement, anatomy, physical therapy, and rehabilitation. Vivian has worked with a diverse range of clients—from athletes to older adults and individuals recovering from injuries—helping them achieve their movement goals while prioritizing overall health and wellness.
In addition to her background in Kinesiology, Vivian holds a Master of Business Administration, enhancing her ability to contribute strategically to client care and organizational success. She has also earned certification as a personal trainer, further demonstrating her commitment to fitness and well-being.
